Find

Search for any string across whole database.

Search for next occurrence of the same string.

Multi Tagger

Allows quick tagging/tag corrections. Select some tracks first before attempting to run Multi Tagger (as well available from right-click menu). Multi Tagger always adds/changes the field, in which column the cursor has been placed. For registered users offers Multi Tagger track number support for import from filename into track# field of ID3v1.1 tag, renumbering and removal.

Image Linker

Allows image linking to multiple tracks.

Mass autoformatter of selected tracks

Uses the same technology for autoformatting as function "Autoformat input" in ID3 tag edit window, but it is able to apply it on all tracks in database at one time.

Notes:

  1. This function works ONLY for tracks which have already ID3 tag appended.
  2. It is recommended to test it on small selections of tracks before running for all tracks in database.
  3. Check for exceptions (see below) before running.
  4. Any change made during autoformatting is logged into file "autoform.log" in MP3 Manager's folder.
  5. There are some options in "Preferences" which influence behavior of autoformatter.

Edit exceptions for autoformatter

These exceptions are for "all uppercase" or "mixed upper/lowercase" names, which would be otherwise autoformatted wrongly. There are already some exceptions added. You can add your own or delete exceptions which are not on your list (this could speed up processing). It is advisable to go through your list and add these exceptions before running autoformatter.

Notes:

  1. Please add only one word at one time.
  2. Do not use any symbol as /,.;{}[]() etc. The only allowed symbol is '.

Strip Tag(s)

Removes ID3 Tag(s). The same function is integrated into Track Properties screen.

Quick removal of ID3v2 Tags

This function works in 2 steps:
1. special filter is created which displays only tracks which include ID3v2 tags. No changes in files at this stage. You can interrupt the processing and review the tags in Winamp here, if you wish.
2. Physically remove tags from files.

Copy ID3v1.1 (+Lyrics3) Tag(s) into ID3v2

It is able to copy tags from native format into ID3v2. All fields are copied with exception of image links. Please note that any existing ID3v2 Tag will be overwritten.

Import ID3v2 Tag(s)

Reads ID3v2 Tag(s) and converts them into native format. Please note that any existing tag will be overwritten.
